How to Book Us

Booking Eurocapella is simple. Follow the steps below and we’ll take care of the rest.

Send us an enquiry with your event details (see below). We’ll confirm whether the choir is available for your date and location.

2. Share Your Event Details

To help us tailor the performance, please include:

  • Your name and contact details

  • Event name and type (e.g. community event, festival, fundraiser, corporate, private function)

  • Date and time of the event

  • Venue and location (indoor/outdoor)

  • Approximate audience size

  • Preferred performance length

  • Any special requests (themes, tone, accessibility considerations)

3. Receive a Quote

We’ll respond with availability, performance options, and a fee quote. As a community choir, fees vary depending on event type, duration, location, and whether the event is community, charitable, or commercial. 

4. Confirm Your Booking

Once details are agreed, we’ll confirm your booking in writing and provide any technical or logistical requirements.
